Job Bank Submission Services
"Adding profits to your bottom line"

A few words from Teena ...

5 Reasons Why You'll *Love* Using My Job-Bank Services Over Any Other

1. Submissions are completed by hand. I believe in quality approach to all projects.

2. Lists are updated routinely. I never "marry" a job bank. I immediately swap out one for another when the need calls for it.

3. My packages surpass those offered elsewhere. My objective is to provide your clients with the best value, and the best return.

4. Profits are TERRIFIC! Resume writers and career professionals make between $70 and $150 per each package sold.

5. Most importantly, I believe =] -- you're supporting a colleague who focuses on quality products and services to benefit you and your clients.

6. Okay, a sixth reason ... does your client need something specific? I now offer "wild card" packages to meet individual needs; i.e. geographic specs or industry focus. Your clients will *love* the added customization that other services don't offer!!!

What You Need to Know Upfront; Getting Started

How do I get started?
1. Download and customize the
intake form
2. Once the client completes, forward it with the ASCII version of the client's resume to teena@beyondthecraft.com
That's it!

Service Details
"BTC benefits the relationship you are building with clients."

The project is completed by my office, but all documents sent to and from will contain your contact info, logo, and so on. Note: Your client info is kept highly confidential. I will never contact nor solicit your clients.

Timeline for projects is 2-3 business days. Once finished, expect a multi-page, information-filled job bank report (click to view a sample) to forward to your client. It's updated each year to include new resources, articles, and so on.

Jobseekers love the finished report. Another major perk of using BTC!

What's included as part of the submission service? I start by setting up a confidential email account for your client. I insist on a temporary email account for four main reasons. First, it's a "disposable" email account which your client can use and close when ready. Second, the temp account houses any junk generated from the job banks. Third, the account allows us access to verify submissions were completed without error. Fourth, it enables us to verify incoming jobs resulting from the job agents.

You mentioned "wild card" packages, what do you mean exactly?
"Wild card" packages simply means your client can specify submission focus. Within the intake form, your client is asked about job target and demographic preferences. Extensive job-bank lists have been developed over the last couple of years, which enables us to custom our packages to better accommodate the client.

A disclaimer is present within the intake form, however: "
Note: I'll submit your resume to as many targets as humanly possible. Should additional sites be needed to fulfill your complete customized package, those openings will be filled with those from the General Job Bank list." The clause covers my fanny in cases where I just don't have enough specialized job banks to completely fulfill your client's individual wants and needs. Should there be a case when the client requests something outlandish or completely impossible to fulfill, I'll contact you to determine how best to proceed.

How does payment work? You collect retail payment from the jobseeker, I collect wholesale payment from you. Top 10 projects are wholesaled at $55, whereas Top 25 projects are wholesaled at $75. My company works without receivables so a credit card must be on file at the start of using BTC's services, which is used upon completion of each project. I can also accept prompt PayPal payments. Invoicing is available for those sending a high-volume of projects.

Currently I offer a variety of targets, such as executive, airline/aviation, new graduate, law/legal, construction, sales, marketing, science, human resources, sports, hospitality, non-profit, insurance, education, engineering, finance/accounting, hi-tech, diversity, pharmaceutical/medical sales, general sales, public relations/corporate communications, retail, and medical/health.

The most highly requested job bank packages are ...
Sales Job Banks

Executive Job Banks
Medical Job Banks
General Job Banks
... chances are you'll sell more of these.

A couple additional items worth mentioning ...
First, contact me when the client is targeting something *very* specific.
Second, I offer private resume submissions for those of your clients wanting to remain incognito.

Marketing Job-Bank Services to Your Clients

Any initial words of advice? About 90% of my clients offer the Top 25 package to keep things simple. A single package means there's only one wholesale and retail price to remember. Easy, right?

Do you have suggestions to offering/selling job-bank services? Start when the individual is a prospect and progress throughout the client management stage. For example, I slightly mention additional services when I quote the project -- generally by email. Then, I have an information sheet attached to my client contract that highlights packages or ala carte items.

Do you have marketing flyer and content available to use for selling the services? Yes, I do.

Sales Copy:
(Brief mention of services) I also have some job-search enhancement services to get your job search jumpstarted; i.e. job-bank submission services, recruiter submission, personal branding strategies, online portfolio, and career coaching.
