Job Bank Submission Services -- How the Whole Thing Works
Before I outline the process, here are some key points you should know before working with us. First, we serve as an extension of your office. Your client has no knowledge of us, nor will they ever. Second, we complete submissions in about 2-3 business days. Third, we enable you to provide a value-add without taking on the added manpower and headache.
Step-By-Step Process:
To start, we provide you with an intake form, which your client completes when requesting services. Once completed, you then submit to us for processing. Once the project is finished, we provide a multi-page, information-filled job bank report, which you forward to your client. Like I mentioned above, all forms -- including the finished job bank report -- reflects your company logo, contact information, and so on.Answers to Questions You May Have At This Point
You offer "wild card" packages, what does that mean exactly?
Within the intake form, your client is asked about job target and demographic preferences, which helps us further define the best job boards to receive your client's resume. We can't always cater to your client's requirements, but we always try!
How does payment work?
Since we wholesale the services to you, you collect retail payment from your client and we essentially collect the wholesale payment from you after the project is finished. Depending upon the quantity of projects, we may bill you on a per-project basis or wait until month-end to issue an invoice.What packages do you offer?
We currently offer two job bank submission packages: Top 10 package that is wholesaled at $55 and a Top 25 that is wholesaled at $75. Some colleagues retail as a stand-alone service for $125 to $200+. Others, weave the service into packages.
What job targets do you currently offer?
Currently, we offer a variety of targets, such as executive, airline/aviation, new graduate, law/legal, construction, sales, marketing, science, human resources, sports, hospitality, non-profit, insurance, education, engineering, finance/accounting, hi-tech, diversity, pharmaceutical/medical sales, general sales, public relations/corporate communications, retail, and medical/health.

We insist on a temp email for four main reasons. First, it's a "disposable" email account which your client can use and close when appropriate. Second, the temp account houses any junk generated from the job banks. Third, the account allows us access to verify submissions were completed without error. Fourth, it enables us to verify incoming jobs resulting from the job agents. Can you use my client's current email? We can; however, it does offer a new layer of complexity to finishing the project.Do you offer anonymous submissions?
Yes. We understand that not all jobseekers want to know they are "on the market," so we utilize a couple of different strategies to submissions. We can provide more details on our process when needed.Can you help me market this service to prospective buyers?
